Privacy approach

This is a draft outline, not a finalised policy. Eventoro is pre-launch and this page will be replaced with a full policy — reviewed for Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and any other applicable law — before public launch and before any real customer or supplier data is collected.

What we intend to collect

Information you give us directly — such as through the "Get a Quote" or partner application forms — including name, contact details, event details, and supplier portfolio information.

What we intend to use it for

Matching your request to suppliers, preparing quotes, coordinating confirmed bookings, and following up about the service. We do not intend to sell personal data to third parties.

The website chat assistant

The chat on this website is answered by an AI assistant (Claude, provided by Anthropic). What you type is sent to Anthropic to write the replies; Anthropic doesn't use it to train its models. The conversation is kept in your browser until you close the tab. It's saved for our team only if you ask the assistant to pass on an enquiry, or choose "Save & continue" when moving to WhatsApp or email — then under a chat reference, so you don't have to repeat yourself. Please don't share payment or identity details in the chat.

Consent and communication

Marketing outreach (including WhatsApp and community channels) will be consent-led and compliant with Singapore's Do Not Call provisions once live.
