How it works
One request in, one coordinated event out.
Eventoro is request-to-book: suppliers confirm availability and final pricing before anything is approved. Here's exactly what happens between your first message and the event itself.
The process
Six steps, start to finish.
Tell us about your event
Event type, date, guest count, budget range and the categories of service you need. Takes a few minutes, and nothing is charged for submitting it.
We match suppliers
Our team shortlists suppliers for your date, guest count and budget. Supplier verification — business registration, insurance and rights to their portfolio images — is being rolled out during beta, and verified suppliers will be marked as such.
Suppliers confirm availability and price
We ask matched suppliers to confirm your date and their price, and check what's included and excluded so quotes compare like for like. Standard quote templates for each category are coming soon.
You get one consolidated quote
Instead of five separate conversations, you see one quote for your whole event — a price for each service and one total.
You approve, and we coordinate
Nothing is booked until you approve the price. Then we confirm each supplier and coordinate access times, AV needs, meal schedule and run-of-show with them. During beta any deposit is arranged directly with you; online payment and a shared event timeline are coming soon.
Event day, then your feedback
Your account shows each booking, its status and your confirmed suppliers. Invoices, documents and post-event reviews in your dashboard are coming soon — until then, tell us directly how it went.
What's actually different
Not just another directory.
Most platforms stop at discovery. The harder part — and where Eventoro focuses — is everything that happens after you've found a supplier.
| Without a coordinated platform | With Eventoro |
|---|---|
| Separate enquiries, separate negotiations, per supplier | One event brief, one request, one consolidated quote |
| Quotes differ on hours, inclusions, transport and overtime | We check inclusions and exclusions so quotes compare like for like |
| No one is accountable when suppliers disagree on timing | One coordinator accountable for timing across your suppliers |
| Calendar listings can be inaccurate across booking channels | Suppliers confirm availability directly, with backup options offered when needed |
| "Package" discounts aren't always real | Negotiated net rates, shown against genuine retail pricing — or not claimed at all |
